Terms and Conditions FA99 — Official Platform User Guide

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and fa99 as the operator of the online gaming platform. This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the fa99 brand.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and a hold on withdrawals until the process is completed.

• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any other automated method to play or interact with the platform.
• Hacking & Exploitation: Any attempt to access fa99 systems without authorization, or to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities for illegitimate gain.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate games or the FA99 bonus system.
• Spreading False Information: Spreading misleading or defamatory information about fa99 to the public.

FA99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of involvement in the above activities without prior notice. Funds in such accounts may be held while an investigation is conducted, and if fraud is confirmed, the funds may be fully forfeited.

Account Closure at Player's Request

Before an account is closed, all remaining funds must be withdrawn first. Unclaimed balances within 90 days of a closure request being submitted may be subject to fa99's inactive balance policy.
